There are some scenes that are like, wow that could of been what it was like, lost, scared in the jungle, foul play etc. It was on TV a few weeks ago, I watched it because of the case & the theme of this film. It's an eeirie film to watch in some respects. It's not about the case at all, but if your really into the case of Kremer & Froon. It's listed as a comedy, although its actually quite violent in parts and has a sinister undertone. There is a Hollywood Film called 'Snatched' released in 2017 about a mother & daughter who go to Ecuador on holiday, then get into trouble & end up in the jungle.
